There are currently 200 Creative Teachers signed up on the TFT Creative Teacher Team, whose classroom experiences range from 5 to 20 years. Tools for Torah continues to search the world for the most creative teachers - with years of classroom experience - to join its team of creators. 

When the funding for this program will permit, teachers will be paid on an hourly basis for their creative input into creating the best materials. Part/Full time opportunities will be offered to the teachers who generate the best work and demonstrate leadership abilities.

For now, the Tools for Torah Teacher team are all volunteers who want  to make a difference.

Each Chumash Unit will be created in an online collaboration of a team teachers. All the brainstorming will be documented online on the Wiki or using "Google Docs", where all teachers will have access to all others' documents, simultaneously and independently. This way teams can work together, and all the teams will benefit from each other's work. All the final results of the work is posted on the Tools for Torah Wiki - a private site which is only accesible via personal invitation.

As the Creative Teacher Teams grow, TFT will appoint directors for each of the areas of development, who will provide assistance in each of their areas of expertise. i.e. Expert project creators will be available to help all the teams brainstorm on creating appropriate projects for their Chumash Unit.

Tools for Torah has a team of expert, experienced computer programmers (one of whom lead the IT team for an large international bank, handling extremely complex document managing systems) collaborating to explore the best software programs to realize the Tools for Torah vision, and capable of writing the software that is not yet available on the market.

Tools for Torah's educational consultant is Mrs. Sara Rosenfeld.

Tools for Torah will benefit from other professional consultants in specific areas of education, including our own Creative Teacher training.
